Mr. Vandyne got a new house with a garage, and he heard loud clattering noises when he tried to open the automatic door. He arranged a garage door spring replacement appointment at once.
Our Solution:
These springs had a covering of dust and rust, on top of the obvious weak points. The garage door must have been neglected for some time before the house was sold! We very carefully released the torsion system to let the springs slack, and then get rid of them. The spindles and cones needed some thorough cleaning before we could install the replacement springs.
